Gardens of the Alcazar

If you want to have a complete idea of the gardens you have to think of JuliusGardens of the Alcazar Caesar. In fact he planted some of the flowers and exotic plants, such as bananas East. This tree is characterized by giving a huge shadow, and the help that the temperature of the gardens would be more smooth.
In the Muslim Period the gardens began to be created like we know them nowadays. They were situated in a southern part, occupying the occidental zone. The purpose of its design was to complete the space for the Royal Harem, at the place closest to the bathroom, finish them with a garden space. It is thought that the works began in 822. They began in this period because anGardens of the Alcazar aqueduct was carried out, the one that transports the waters of Bejarana and the waters of Caño de Escarabitas. So there was enough water for the Alcazar and the gardens.
When Abd al-Rahman III arrived they were forgotten almost a century. This could be because of the building of Madinat al-Zahra.
When the Christian Kings arrived, they recuperate their splendour. The Queen liked strolling around reading a book. It is true that another queen was getting sick because of its noise. So it was decided to stop the wheel of the noria. This decision will change theGardens of the Alcazar aspect of the gardens, because much of the water that came from the river watered, not being sufficiently removed from Bejarano, among other things, because it was taken by the neighbors of the Judíos Street and of Pavas Street.
Nowadays these gardens are visited by everybody that came from all the world. They can be seen during the night too, thanks to the artificial lighting.
When you visit them, going down a few steps, you can see a fountain with water coming from the woodland. AfterGardens of the Alcazar this the water passes through a canal to reach the first of the pools, from here the water falls to pylons and other sources until the end of the gardens. All immersed in a rich green color and greatly enhances the senses, in fact, do not forget that they are also considered the gardens of love.
In fact, one of the customs that are being more strongly in our city, is that brides and brides, upon completion of the ceremony, come together with the godparents to be photographed in the gardens. It might even happen to coincide within the couples posing among the trees and swimming pools.
