The image of Holy Mary of the Incarnation was made in 1980 by the sevillian sculptor Luis Álvarez Duarte, who was Francisco Buiza's disciple, the author of the works like the Our Mather and Lady Holy Mary of Mercy or the Our Father Jesus Humble in his Coronation of Thorns of Córdoba.
Álvarez Duarte carved the suffering young, with the low sight, crying eyes, like a submission in front of the future of her son. The frown does not curve itself, the nose is straight and open mouth. Very smart.
