The artist elected by this young brotherhood to make the Image of Our Father
Jesus of the Redemption was Miguel Ángel González Jurado, who ended the work in 1992. It is an image completely carved, although it is a dressed image.

The Mistery is completed by other sculptures, all them by cordovan sculptor Miguel Angel Gonzalez Jurado. The scene represents the moment when Jesus appears in front of the Hight Priest, Caiaphas, thoughtful and on the throne, listening to the imputations made by the Sanhedrin members to Jesus. In front of one roman, with his helmet under the arm, whereas the other one seems to have a dialogue with Our Lord, at the time he moves the arms. The last image is a black slave who fans Caiaphas.

Its sight is low, griefing, the eyebrow slightly curved, it has the triangle in the frown, very characteristic of the sevillian Virgins, like the Virgin of Mercy, by Buiza, or the Virgin of the Good End, by Hernández León. The face is very pale, the lips are slightly open and it is one of the most expressive Virgin and She is one of the favourite and most expected by our Holy Week .
