Band of Bugles and Drums of Our Lady of Health
Historical Review.
We must go back to the 80s to learn the first steps of this still young cordovan band. It would be unfortunate Priest Don Agustín Molina Ruiz, who eventually was also founder of the brotherhood of the peripheral area of Naranjo (Córdoba), who is pushing along a large group of parishioners, the creation of a band that musically accompany the Holy Christ of Agony during the season of penance of Holy Tuesday.
By then it was known as "Band of Bugles and Drums of Saint Victory". Soon after, in June 1992, that Father Augustine (popularly known in the neighborhood as "Father Brick") gives rights and the material of the band at the brotherhood and renamed "Band of Bugles and Drums of the Holy Christ of Agony".
There were various successes of the band, scattered all over Andalusia, but also the internal crisis almost led to disappear. However, in 1998 debuts in our Holy Week, led the procession of his brotherhood, in front of the Guide Cross. A year later, on Holy Thursday 1999 debut after its owner, accompanied all the way through the streets of Córdoba.
The band dissolved soon after, resulting in failed all attempts to organize part of the brotherhood, which led to the "leakage" of many musicians to other groups of the city. It was not until 2004 when the band re-organized, and with its current name from the Marian owner of the brotherhood, which have not done penance station.
Today it is a fledgling band, which has progressed significantly in recent years.
Uniform.
It was premiered last Palm Sunday 2007, this elegant uniform is inspired by the sergeant's uniform
of body of armed battalions of 1730. However, still in the first phase of implementation, without hat or helmet (still do not know) or embroidery, but her blue tones have caused a sensation in the cordovan cofrade environment.
