On the way to the Courtyard of the Grids we find the known Court of the Madam
, that is called like this to a statue of a madam put at the entrance of the same. It has a squared plan and the floor is made with plain bricks, this patio is the exi of the previously mentioned Admiral Bedroom and Tobias Lounge.
Referring to the vegetation, the central cypress (Cupressus Semprevirens) stands out, it is cut in order to imitate the Royal
crown, that wraps the named sculpture. Also stand up the scents of the jasmines (Jasminum Officinale) which cover the walls, as well as the mandarine trees (Citrus Deliciosa) and the bougainvillaes (Bougainvillea Spectabilis).
Four big balls of boj frame the circular pavillion, whose centre
, on a podium there is a fountain covered by gitanillas, the quiet figure of the Madam emerges with its jug, from which there is a pipe.
As a rule into these patios of this building, the columns, and other archeological rests are there, giving to it a special characteristic. However its architecture is very simple, with two storeys, one first floor with its walls and its windows, on them a balcony on a corner, where four doors appear. The carpentry, is in the beauty blue of the palace.
Species that live in the patio
