With its rectangular shape and covered by a worked ceiling decorated with
polychromated woods with mudejar ribbons, from which an iron forged lamp hangs. This lamp is dated of the XVII Century, this Desk of the Marquess is a room used by the Marquess and it was used privately.
The windows is open to the wide and flowered Oranges Trees Courtyard, that gives to the lounge a great light. On both sides of the windows we find the Portrait of Philip IV and Isabel de Borbón attributed to the Velazquez School. On the other wall there is a flamingo fug and on which appears Alexander Magnus, which is not surprising because it is well known for its ethical and tolerance in the Netherlands in those years. On the other wall there is very close to it a table desk of the marquis, so the different furniture and
tools used for that aim, even a rug with the shield of the XVII Century.
At the bottom there is a wonderful fireplace, decorated with white gypsum mouldings, where the wainscots and the scallop give a classic aspect to the same, but it is in clear harmony with the rest. Next there is a wonderful armchair of Louis XIV of the XVIII Century; with its high and straight back, it has a "H" shape with curves as a reinforcement of the same. It upholstered, both seat and backrest, is made with petit points and decorated with vegetable and flowers decorations.
