The Courtyard of the Pool is also called Green House, both elements give the name
. In the past it was called the courtyard of the Deer because inside it a lot of them lived. It is one of the most modest patios of the complex, assigned to keep the plants during the wintertime.
A little row of cypresses divides it into two parts, the one that leads to the entrance of the garden, and the one which has the pool or reservoir and the greenhouse whose orientation is studied in order to keep the plants during the wintertime. In front of this there is the reservoir, that receives the water from the well and, once sunny, it is used to water the numerous gardens and the patios (courts) of the palace. The reservoir is decorated with numerous pots and different blossom, depending on the period of
the year (Spring, Fall...), such as chrisanthemus, the joy of the house, little roses, geraniums, gitanillas, etc.
In the entrance of the garden there is a little flowerbed full of gitanillas that it is raised on the ivy. A forged window, from which a balcony is open, give the architectonic complement to the patio. Two cypresses are framed, and a great number of pots with different species are between both. The courtyard, in its complex, is also used as comfort of the palace and its inhabitants. It is linked through its door to the Zarco Street. The floor is made with gravel.
